How to download and install Lightroom CC (2015)?

Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year) |
Last year, using the creative cloud downloader, I installed Lightroom CC (2015). It works great.
Yesterday, I tried to install it on my laptop. It said, "you do not meet the minimum requirements". And then I noticed that it's a 2017 version for Windows 10. Well, I'm running Windows 7 and I'm not going to upgrade to Windows 10 anytime soon.
Can someone please explain how I can install Lightroom CC (2015)?
I tried a few things:
1) If I "manage account" and click download Lightroom - "you do not meet the minimum requirements" - it wants Windows 10 and I'm not doing that.
2) If I "manage account" and click download Lightroom Classic - it isn't the same as LIghtroom CC (2015). I don't see an option for Lightroom CC (2015).
3) In Adobe Desktop Service. On my desktop that I installed last year. I can see Lightroom CC (2015) under "installed apps". However, when I click on "ALL APP" it isn't listed.
4) In Adobe Desktop Service. On my laptop. I can't see Lightroom CC (2015) under "installed apps" or under "ALL APPS" - it isn't listed.
In general, what the heck is going on here with the versions? There are too many and the downloader makes it confusing vs what I paid for last year and the version I've been using isn't listed anymore.
For example, here are a bunch of versions that I've encountered while attempting to figure this out:
lightroom-6
lightroom-cc
lightroom-classic
lightroom-2015
lightroom
Man that's confusing! Did the (2015) version get renamed or something?

Couldn’t uninstall Creative Cloud for desktop. You still have Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer that require it.

I am trying to uninstall creative cloud from a Mac but when using the uninstaller I get a message
"Couldn’t uninstall Creative Cloud for desktop. You still have Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer that require it."
I then check my installed Apps from the list in the Creative Cloud menu bar and there are none installed. So what am I supposed to do?
I do however have some installed on another machine is that a factor? I only want to uninstall creative cloud from one machine and not the other.

Hi, have been unable to install the illustrator app. Error message "Installation failed.Unable to move the file. Rename the file and try again". 'Learn more' link redirects to an ADS folder (with customHook,resource subfolders and ADS.pimx and Adobe Desktop Service.exe.

Error code P22 (title edited)
Hello kglad,
is there also a direct link for downloading the Creative Cloud desktop app? Due to issue P22 I can´t download anything from CC and therefore can´t change the default volume.

Error code 50
I followed the instructions to rename OODB folder to OODB.old. Creative Cloud disappeared from my desk top. I then went to www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager to dowmload Creative Cloud desktop manager. During the installation I got error message 50. Do I need to reload all of Creative Cloud? If so, how is the best way to do this? At the present time Iam not able to use photoshop. Please help me.

Creative Cloud shows a blank screen and doesn't install
Few weeks ago I installed Lightroom in Photography Plan. After maybe two days I reinstalled Windows and when I was trying to install again Creative Cloud there was only empty window, without any progress. I was trying to solve it a dozen times. Help.

I start my system and apple's crash reporter opens with "UpdaterStartupUtility quit unexpectedly."
I have sent it, but it only goes to apple, not Adobe, the people that need to fix it.

Creative Cloud Desktop installation problem.
Hello,
I've been trying to install ACC for a few days now. When the installation is done the error shows up. (its in polish so the translation might not be accurate)
To repair this issue you need to have Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop. If the error still occures, download and install the newest version o the program from http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp_pl.
I did what the message said, I also used adobe uninstaller, uninstalled the program itself, tried to repair by pressing "repair" button, rebooted pc after every step.
Nothing works. Can't find any help.
