okay so i had the trial version of creative cloud and when it was up i singed up for the 19.99 one app version. its payed for and all the information and data is fine but every time i try to open my app on my computer adobe manager keeps asking me to either continue my trial or enter a serial number. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. restarting my computer. logging in and out again .... what is going on?

I have wasted several hours on this issue and only made the problem worse. Originally only Photoshop CC 2018 would not launch and I would get the above message. After following Adobe online instructions for Error: 16, now all my CC apps won't launch. There is no ability to call support or chat.
I have the CC 2018 Photography plan and Premier Pro CC on a Windows 10 Pro modern machine. The install was previously working, but I now have the same error on launch.

My products are correctly activated to the machine that I am using.
I can launch the app by finding the icon and right clicking open as administrator, but this is not a proper solution. For example, I can't launch a photo from lightroom to photoshop this way.
Any suggestions?

Any solutions for error p204 for desktop? I have alr uninstall and clean the previous adobe file with adobe cleaner. Please help!
Must Constantly Reinstall/Repair Creative Cloud
I installed Adobe Creative Cloud. At first, every time I launch it, I received a message stating that the app was damaged. I would click "Repair" to continue.
A reinstall would process, and the error would disappear - only to reappear an hour or so later.
Finally, the repairs started failing, and I received a message instructing me to reinstall Creative Cloud. After reinstalling, Apps function for a day or so, and then I start getting errors again:
"Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve the problem, is missing or damaged. You can try to repair to fix the issue. If the problem persists, download and install the new copy from 'http://www.adobe.com/adobecreativecloudapp'."
So once again, I removed and reinstall.
No change - keeps getting repair prompts.
So after repairs and reinstalls - what else is there?

Adobe CC 2018 Installer Error 195 (stopping installation process)
Cannot install latest CC update to Windows 10 LTSB
I am using WIndows 10 LTSB (long term service branch).
This build is used by everyone in the company I work for - as we cannot expect to have to support a new build every few months when a LTS version exists.
The latest version of CC requires at least build 1703, LTSB is 1607
This is one of the most blatant oversights I have seen.
Windows 7 is still supported, but the LONG TERM SERVICE branch of Windows 10 (the LATEST version) is not?

Creative Cloud App installer disappears after "Initialising Installer" stage
I recently had to reboot my laptop to its settings for 4 days ago, and ever since then I cannot seem to download CC app at all.
I don't even get an error message, the installer just disappears after the Initialising Installer stage.
I have tried using the uninstaller tool, but when I try to reinstall the same thing happens.
This is very frustrating. I did not expect to have to pay for the CS6 products and to not be able to download the software itself.
I pay monthly for this service and the more days I go unable to download the software seems frankly a waste of my money.
Your help would be much appreciated.

Cloud Desktop App is blank?
Just updated the cloud desktop app and now it loads blank. I can't sign in or download programs anymore. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and still nothing.

Photoshop CC installed on my system drive partition which is now very full. How do I move it to another drive partition?
Do I need to de-activate it, uninstall it, and re-install it?
I don't remember seeing an option to select the installation location.
Creative Cloud Desktop - Error 202
I'm repeatedly getting Error 202 whilst trying to install creative cloud on my Mac (at around 8% of the way on the "Downloading Creative Cloud Desktop" step of the installer.
I've spent a few hours going through all of the various solutions (cleaning, fixing permissions for /tmp /private/tmp, user preferences, application support folders but no joy).
Any other options?
Creative Cloud installing Update stuck at 0%
I am trying to open Adobe Creative Cloud but is trying to install an update. It says Installing Update but is always stuck at 0% how do I fix this and if I want to download an Adobe product such as Photoshop does Creative Cloud have to be updated?

How can I download and install Photoshop CC without Creative Cloud?
Hi All,
My colleague has purchased Photoshop CC license. When he want to install, we find it needs to install the Creative Cloud first.
Based on our security policy, any software related to cloud storage was strictly prohibited to installed on working computers.
Can we download and install Photoshop CC without Creative Cloud? How to make that?
I can turn off the Cloud Storage in the option, but this doesn't need any admin authority. So user can turn on it by himself. How to disable the Cloud Service?
Windows 10 - Can't install XD
I'm trying to install Experience Design CC (Beta) on Windows 10 with Creative Cloud. It's not installing under any circumstances. It goes up to maybe about 85% and then displays in orange text, "Installation Failed". I've searched around a bit and haven't found anything that worked. Yes, I have the Anniversary Edition. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Creative Cloud numerous times. It does not want to install no matter what I do. Any ideas/help?

Premiere 2017 Update Error Code: 190 from existing CC 2015
Just trying to update for the new features. On a Windows 7-64bit. I have CC as well as Ps and Pr. My Specs are fantastic and of no concern.. I immediately am given an error code, picture below.

How do I resolve the error "Another installer is currently running, which must be closed before updating" when updating CC on MacOS 10.9.4?
Creative Cloud keeps alerting me to an available update but whenever I try to install it it tells me there is another installer running which must be shut down first.
I've now shut down and restarted the Mac completely and nothing else is running but it still gives me the same error (Error code: 81). See screen shot below.
I'm running Mavericks (OSX 10.9.4). How do I resolve this?
