Greetings,
Machine is running Mac OSX 10.7.5 - Creative Cloud subscription always updated, with the exception of the recent failure on Photoshop (i had to rollback).
As of today (Fri 25th Jan 2013) a Illustrator update pops up in the AAM and i start to download it;
- Update fails during installation;
- After this, Illustrator failed to start;
- I uninstalled Illustrator through the Cleaning tool (i said uninstall, didn't clean it);
- System restart;
- Opened the Cleaning Tool again and i see NO TRACE OF AI still being "in the system". Double check on the Applications folder, again no sign of Illustrator;
- Started downloading Illustrator from the AAM;
- Download is over, it tries to install but it says it can't be installed;
First time i ever run into such a problem. Thanks for any help/idea on how to solve this.
Oh i forgot: it's -URGENT- Image may be NSFW.

EDIT #1 - Question: is it mandatory to "preserve" the Adobe/AdobePatchFiles/ directory or can we sometime "clean it" (backupping it somewhere) ?
