Have talked to/chat with support and they don't have an answer. Their solution uninstall/reinstall. Did that and it didn't work.
have the log files from the update and there seems to be a problem with two files, C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEPServiceManager4\lib\ServiceManager-Launcher.dll and C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEPServiceManager4\zlib1.dll.
Support was not interested in the log files. Is there anyone in Adobe that is at all interested in looking at the log files and coming up with a solution to this problem.
