Creative Cloud Update recieves constant U44M1P7 Error

Yesterday I turned on my system to receive a notice that Adobe Creative Cloud ("the new applications manager) needed updates for Premiere Pro CS6, Dreamweaver CS6, Fireworks CS6, Flash CS6, Illustrator CS6, In Design CS6, Photoshop CS6, and Prelude CS6.  Based on a little research it seems these updates are tied to Adobe Extension Manager 6.0.7 as it is referenced in the error logs I opened after the failures.  Information on the Adobe support site indicate recent CS6 and CC updates of extension manager would match the timeline in July.

I then attempted to use the Adobe Support Advisor to further understand the problem which gave me the following response:

System Information :

Operating System = OS X 10.8.4 (12E55)

Locale = en

Inspection could not identify any issues. Please contact Adobe Support for further assistance. http://www.adobe.com/support

Obviously this is not very helpful, so then I wondered if it was like the last extension manager update that required you simply download the patch from the support area and manually load it on the system...?  Well I tried manually loading AEM 6.0.7 and it consistently fails.  I tried rebooting and clearing the PRAM.....still it will not install.  So what's up?

Ever since I got involved with Creative Cloud there have been little issues.  I don't mind being the guinea pig, but really a universal patch for CS6 that failed in March and July....that's is a bit much.  With the Creative Cloud I constantly receive an error during installation of U44M1P7 which tells me it could be:

Updates can often fail due to removal of additional language files from the existing installations.  Please run the uninstaller and then reinstall the application and try applying the update again.

So, in order to resolve this I must uninstall and reinstall my entire creative suite to return unnecessary language files to my system that I do not need nor will I ever use.  Ridiculous!

But....later investigation of the log revealed:

"DF019: Unable to find the file to patch" in every instance.

Specifically it was seeking:

"/Applications/Adobe Extension Manager CS6/Adobe Extension Manager CS6.app/Contents/Resources/de.lproj/MainMenu.nib"

If anybody has any ideas about how to resolve this without reinstalling the entire suite I would love to hear it!  Thank-you!
