CC is working just fine on my OSx 10.8 computers but will not function on my 10.7.5 computer.
Specs:
2 x 2.26 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon
96 GB 1066 MHz DDR3
2 x Quadro 4000 GPUs (with the most recent drivers supplied by nVidia)
I initially had CS6 installed but uninstalled them the first time I had trouble. Since then I have installed and uninstalled all adobe products multiple times as well as using the CC Cleaner program I found in another thread. Also tried signing out and into CC with no luck.
The Creative Cloud app works just fine and will download and update apps. However, I've tried to download Premiere CC, After Effects CC, Speedgrade and Photoshop and none of them will work.
Premiere CC:
Will show the launch screen but stalls for a few minutes--then you can see things loading--audio effects, etc.-- then the last thing it shows loading is "loading exporterQuickTimeHost.bundle" and the launch screen disappears and Premiere shows as "not responding"
After Effects CC:
Immediately after choosing the app, I get the message:
After Effects warning: Could not rename the file '/Users/nickchafin/Library/Preferences/Adobe/After Effects/12.0/Workspaces.1304.1407351616822721.xml' to 'Workspaces.xml'.
I click okay and get what appears to be the same error a second time:
After Effects warning: Could not rename the file '/Users/nickchafin/Library/Preferences/Adobe/After Effects/12.0/Workspaces.1304.1407351616822721.xml' to 'Workspaces.xml'.
Then I see:
After Effects can't continue: unexpected failure during application startup
Photoshop CC:
I could get the main photoshop screen to load and even make a new document but then I would get the rainbow wheel of spinning death and it would stop working.
Media Encoder CC:
Immediately shows an error that explains that it quit unexpectedly. Report available upon request.
