Hi - I can't install Creative Cloud desktop as I keep getting this error message. Ive tried the cleaning tool but that didn't work. I'm on a MacBook Pro running: OS X 10.8.4 Processor 2.53 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Memory 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3.
