Download CC doesn't work on laptop, OSX 10.8.4.

I installed CC on my old computer and that works fine. But if I try to download it on my (new) laptop it fails. Nothing happened.
Can't download it from creative.adobe.com, downloadcentre (nothing happens), and doesn't work from Adobe Application Manager. If I open AAM I get the message: Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of Adobe Creative Cloud fromhttp://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp. (But if I go there I get the same notworking download button…).
I probably did something wrong in the beginning by preparing my laptop, or threw something away, but I don'y know how to restore it. Does this ring a bell?
