The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try obtaining a new installer file from the application author.

When starting Muse today I was advised of an update.  As Muse was updating, Adobe Air intervened with an update.  Once the updates were completed and the Muse starting graphic appeared, an error message appeared.

 

"The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try obtaining a new installer file from the application author."

 

Repeated attempts have failed.  Any advice?
