I just bought PS6 regular-but had PS6-Extended on my system. My trial expired and I liked it enough to upgrade, but after I purchased it as a download, I tried to use the serial number from my purchase and it wouldn't unlock. I thought even if you had the Extended version, it would be disabled if you purchased the regular version. It did for PS5. I tried the extended and didn't feel the need to have the 3D so I opted to just have 5.
On the dropdown box, listing the versions, it didn't include PS6-just PS6 extended and wouldn't take my serial.
I wiped everything out-uninstalled, restarted my system, then redownloaded it from the My Adobe page. I extracted the bundle, and clicked set-up (red box), it went through its thing and I STILL couldn't activate it. It says my serial is valid, but not for anything already on my system. I even extracted it to my Adobe folder where the other Adobe software is.
Any help would be appreciated.
