Creative Cloud installation problem

Hi, I've just subscribed to Creative Cloud but I'm having some issues downloading the apps.  I selected Premiere Pro CS6 Family to download.  When it downloads, I get this message when I go to install the download: "Please close the following applications to continue: ImageReady.exe". 

 

I don't have anything else running.  I have looked up Task Manager and there's nothing there called by that name.  I have restarted my computer and gone through the download process three times now but it still keeps coming up with the same message.

 

Can anyone tell me what's happening?
