I'm using Win 7 and have had no issues until today. Creative Cloud would not initialize. I've gone through all the steps from: Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app doesn't open or shows a spinning progress wheel
I've done it several times and even after deleting the OOBE and doing a fresh install, I still get the same result. Blue spinning wheel. The only thing I can think of is that I did up update to adobe reader before it happened. I uninstalled reader and I've actually uninstalled ALL cloud applications and same result.
Please advise what to try next
