Hi
I am having a major problem with all of my Adobe products which I had downloaded from the Creative Cloud and worked fine until I changed some permissions.
I got ERROR 16 messages when I wanted to open any of my Adobe apps - Photoshop, Indesign, Acrobat and Illustrator.
I did some research and came up with this page: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/configuration-error-cs5.html
I thought this was very helpful and all my problems would be solved. I followed the instructions assiduously.
Still ERROR 16.
I then uninstalled all my Adobe products as per ERROR 16 notice - using the appropriate uninstallers.
Downloaded Photoshop. AAM crashed, but Photoshop is on my computer again. ERROR 16 again.
Deleted AAM as well.
Downloaded InDesign. ERROR 16
Photoshop twice downloaded again. Always ERROR 16!
Then I downloaded MUSE which I never had on my Mac before. Perfect!
I uninstalled everything except MUSE again.
AAM now tells me that my InDesign is up to date even though it is uninstalled. Photoshop is not working. Haven't even tried to download Acrobat and Illustrator yet.
This all not only costs me lots of bandwidth and wasted time, I also cannot work!
Can someone please assist A.S.A.P. I simply need to get some work out!
iMac 27" - OS 10.8.3 - 12GB RAM
Thank you
