damaged/incomplete

Just started my subscription. Have downloaded the programs I need, but when I try to open them from my applications/programs, I get the message that they can not be opened because the files are damaged or incomplete. Adobe App Manager says the programs are downloaded, but when I tried to press "start" nothing happened. I tried to get help through your chat- service, but that was a disaster. Feeling insecure about my purchase now.
